Tommy Hilfiger and Sony BMG today launched TommyTV – Making new music matter and old music sound better…

The Hilfiger sessions have enjoyed immense global success over the past three years. They feature five-star talents alongside those lesser-known, but just as deserving, acts who perform unusually intimate, and often acoustic, gigs (think MTV Unplugged with a high-grade open-mic session added in).

Viewers will be able to watch all sessions on TommyTV, as well as access exclusive backstage footage, interviews with Sony BMG artists and previously unavailable material from Sony artists.

Bringing user-generated content to the forefront, TommyTV also has a dedicated channel for new, upcoming talents. Users can upload their own music and then create playlists of their favourite TommyTV clips whilst they wait to find fame and fortune via an online platform that promises the potential of maximum exposure.
