Last month, Le Couvent des Minimes hotel in Provence witnessed a truly special event that had the heart of every sports car fan fluttering. What was it? The first European test drives of Infiniti‘s soon-to-be-released luxury G37 Coupe and Convertible (above). This Japanese car luxury car brand has been revolutionizing the automotive industry with its high-performance, award-winning vehicles and its uncompromising service. As part of its underlying raison d’être, it has introduced the concept of Infiniti Centres that are a radical departure from traditional automotive retailers. Based upon the lobby-lounge-gallery concept, such Centres resemble boutique hotels and embody Infiniti’s unique and all-encompassing approach. These latest sports cars will be hitting European shores in early 2009, whilst Infiniti Centres have started appearing everywhere from Paris to Barcelona. Prices have yet to be confirmed, however it is anticipated that these latest offerings will cost between £30,000 to £55,000/US$47,795-US$87,600. We’re certain these sexy cars will have pulses racing everywhere.

Of course, no sports car is complete without its driver (quite obviously), but most importantly, the driving accessories he (or she) is sporting.
