Ambrosia Kaui
Profile: Ambrosia Kaui is a freelance writer born and raised in Anahola, Hawaii. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Magazine Journalism with a Minor in Italian Language and Literature from Boston University. In 2008, she spent a semester in Italy at the Università di Padova and began a love affair with al dente pasta, vino rosso, Prada and 142 jars of Nutella. Apart from gorging on her host mother’s mushroom and spinach risotto, pouring over 'La Divina Commedia', and frequenting her favorite gelateria, Gianni’s, Ambrosia explored Western Europe. Her interests include fashion, travel, culture and street food. Ambrosia currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with her ex-boyfriend/best friend and their adopted rabbit named Rabbit.
