Profile: Ruchika Tulshyan made her first homemade face mask when she was eight. Although the concoction was a disaster, it began her love affair for all things beauty. From organic cosmetics to mineral makeup, Ruchika keeps herself up-to-date on the latest beauty trends. She graduated from the London School of Economics in 2008, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Journalism at Columbia University. In her spare time, she regularly raids beauty counters at Sephora Fifth Avenue. Ruchika has previously worked with CNN International in London, the Singaporean Prime Minister's Office, and The Business Times, Singapore. Her experience includes covering financial markets, style and beauty. Ruchika has lived in Singapore and London, and currently resides in New York City. Her modus operandi is: "Love food, will travel."
